Spring Day!! And possibly last day for your summer holidays on the northern hemisphere.
You’ve read our latest news from Cameroon. Herewith what happens in South Africa during the last very busy weeks: some very nice East Cape Kudu, Bushbuck, Blesbok and much much more…
For those of you who can read French, have a look at Hervé, Marie and Pierre-Antoine blog on http://www.grand-gibier.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17100 they booked our family package and had a blast! It’s all on video too!
Uganda
More and more huge trophies still coming out of the bush on our concessions in Uganda, some very big East Africa Sitatunga (hey, what’s new here!?!) and such a huge population of Nile Bushbuck around the camp… unreal, check out the pics below, most of them are in the TOP 25!!
Remember, some time back we offered a white rhino bull from one of our concession in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. Australian Bryan Donovan took care of it last week, and he also topped up his safari with 2 Kalahari Lions, a Cape Buffalo with his bow (latest Carbon Knight from BowTech… pretty awesome) and some plains game. Used to take running shot at kangaroo on his ranch, Bryan took exceptional action shot on warthog, kudu and wildebeest while with us, well done mate!! More details and pics in the next newsletter…
And while posting those infos, I get a call from Peter in Tanzania back in Dar es Salaam for a few days before heading back in the Selous again. Already 4 huge leopards and some good buffs over 40” there, trackers say the big jumbos are back and the second half of the season should be very interesting… More details and pics in the next issue…
