Fred Dumont from Grand Safari Cameroon is now back in France after a successful but difficult season on our Rain Forest concession # 36.
Not much rain in June made it tough to hunt Bongo, however, Fred still got 7 out of 7 this year, together with some fine specimens of forest Sitatunga.
Fred noticed a great dwarf buffalo activity with a few visual contact of small groups crossing the roads in the forest, and lots and lots of elephant…
Trail cams showed some Giant Forest Hog happily coming during the day, we did not take any this year so this one could be yours next year…
And what about this bongo also caught by a trail cam a few weeks ago, he is still around and will get even bigger next year…interested?
It is always great to be able to see gorilla on a regular basis, we have a very healthy population of them on our concession.
